Beauty Course Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to any online training course (“Course”) provided by DLUX Professional Australia. By purchasing or accessing a Course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Course Access and Enrolment

  • Access is provided upon successful payment and enrolment confirmation.
  • Course access is delivered via the DLUX Professional online learning platform.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date.
  • Login details are for individual use only and must not be shared, transferred, or sold.
  • You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and reporting any unauthorised use.
  • Online courses are available in English and subtitles are available.

2. Course Fees and Payment

  • Course Fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
  • DLUX Professional may change pricing at any time without notice.
  • Once access has been granted, Course Fees are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if payment obligations are not met.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • No refunds or exchanges for change of mind, cheaper alternatives elsewhere, or incomplete participation.
  • No refunds once access to Course materials has been provided.
  • Technical issues preventing access should be reported for assistance.
  • In rare cases such as duplicate enrolment or system errors, refund requests may be considered at our discretion.

4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

  • All Course content is protected by copyright and owned by DLUX Professional Australia.
  • You are granted a non-transferable, limited licence for personal educational use.
  • Reproduction, distribution, modification, or sharing of materials is prohibited without written consent.
  • Unauthorised use may result in immediate access termination and legal action.

5. Course Completion and Certification

  • Course completion requirements will be clearly stated within the Course.
  • Certificates are issued electronically after successful completion of all modules and assessments.
  • We may withhold certificates if fees remain unpaid or Terms are breached.
  • Access to the platform remains active for three (3) months from enrolment unless otherwise stated.

6. Student Conduct

  • Respectful participation in all learning environments is required.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour may result in removal without refund.
  • Plagiarism or submission of work not your own may result in loss of access or certification.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Course is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee specific outcomes.
  • DLUX Professional Australia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the Course Fees paid.

8. Technical Requirements and Support

  • You are responsible for a compatible device, stable internet connection, and updated browser.
  • We are not responsible for personal hardware or internet issues.
